my TRI thoughts

2009 November 7
by michellegay

I am excited about my TRI tomorrow.

I am excited about swimming, biking, running.

I am excited that my body is doing this amazing task tomorrow.

I am excited about eating pancakes and bananas for breakfast.

I am excited to show you my note that I am wearing on my shirt.

I am NERVOUS as hell.

You have trained well and will do great. You body is strong and powerful. It is a gift from God as he does great things through you. Enjoy!

BTW its okay to be nervous. If you weren’t I’d be worried that you would be over confident and get hurt. Use it to your advantage to know that you are going to do AMAZING!
